Looko Terms of Service

Looko is a product owned and operated by Kukanyu Inc. ("we", "us"). By using Looko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must be 18+ to use Looko. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@looko.ai.

2. Use of the Service

Looko monitors sources to surface relevant updates based on your instructions. You will not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or non-payment.

3. Billing

Paid plans and trials are described in the product. Charges are processed by our payment provider. You remain responsible for any taxes and fees. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, and AI services. Your use of Looko may be subject to their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Looko and all associated content and software are owned by Kukanyu Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Disclaimers

Looko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kukanyu Inc.'s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using Looko at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections related to IP, payment, disclaimers, and liability survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
